Duties like a Technical Director
In my previous clubs I always set up a coaching program by age groups for helping the youth coaches. I educated and helped youth coaches, by teorethical meetings, practical by players like on coaching seminars. I controlled all the youth teams personally or through on videos (Assistant coaches filmed the trainings and matches).
